Here we are in 2016. Finished with the first work week and I’m still confused as to how we got here.
The holidays were quick, with what felt like more travel than time at home. Even so, it was wonderful to have those few short days with our loved ones. We were more than spoiled this year and are so grateful!
The beginning of the year has already been a whirlwind to say the least. However it gave me more time to think about and recognize what I really want to accomplish in 2016.
So here is my New Year Resolution blog post, a few days late – great start right?
Alright, so I am going to be that person. I want to make a concerted effort to eat better, which I actually have been doing now that I’m not near any Roosters. My plan is to set specific goals in order to stay on track. Everyone says they are going to ‘eat better’ or ‘lose 10lbs’ and never state how, when, or why. I figure by answering those questions and setting more specifics I’ll be less likely to forget about my New Year resolutions come week three.
